Thomas O. McKnight, 47, of Ashland, Ky died Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He was born October 31, 1975 in Ashland, Ky a son of Richard T. McKnight and Noreita Miller Hurley. He was of the Baptist Faith and the Sales Manager for Reed Home Solutions. He is preceded in death in addition to his father by a brother William E. Mauk. He is survived by his mother, his wife Hope Kelley McKnight, two sons Tyler McKnight and Zachary Thomas McKnight both of Ashland, Ky, a daughter Grace McKnight of Ashland, Ky, and three sisters Luanne Colm of Ashland, Ky, Elaine Sparks of Ashland, Ky and Karen Beam of Georgia. A Memorial Service for Thomas will be held Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 7 p.m. at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland by Rev. C.J. Adkins. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the memorial service. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. McKnight.
