enjoyed nature, reading, playing cards, and spending time with her family. As the family
matriarch, Ruth exemplified love and strength, always focusing on caring for others. While she
will be missed deeply, Ruth’s memory will continue to be cherished by her family. Because of
health concerns present in the community and within the family, no memorial service is
scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Hospice
or Beech Street Christian Church.
Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Jackson.
