Phyllis Anne Johnson Hall, 89, of Ashland passed away Friday, April 18, 2025 at Community Hospice Care Center. Phyllis was born May 5, 1935 in Rush, Ky to the late William Rogers Johnson and Evelyn Schmidt Johnson Stewart. Preceding her in death was her husband Harry Raymond Hall and a daughter in law Tammy Traugott Hall. She was a menber of Summit Missionary Baptist Church. Surviving her are her daughter Deborah Hall Diamond (Fred), two sons Steve Hall and Brett Hall all of Ashland. Grandchildren Shawn Diamond (Susan) of Olive Hill, Joshua Diamond, Chris Hall, Megan Hall all of Ashland and Brad Hall of Indiana. Great Grandchildren Landin, Sierra, Harley, Hailey, Tyler and Trevor. Services for Phyllis will be conducted Friday, April 25, 2025 at 12:00 Noon by Brother Gene McCall at the Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Friends may call at the mausoleum one hour before service time Friday. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Hall.
