Johnda Lee Wicker 84 of Pedro, Ohio passed away Tuesday, Oct.14, 2025 in River Run Healthcare in Coal Grove,Ohio Johnda was born December 12, 1940 in South Point, Ohio a daughter of the late John and Mary Layne McCreadie. She was a homemaker in her own home and was a member of Little Ettie Old Regular Baptist Church in Beaver, Ohio. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband James Melvin Wicker, Sr., a grandson James Alan Wicker, and two brothers Ben McCreadie and Donald Ray McCreadie. She is survived by her four children LaVonda (Mitch) Bobo, Carolyn Wicker Barber, Patricia (Timothy) Shively, and James (Susie) Wicker, Jr., nine grandchildren Dustin Bobo, Amber (Kenneth) Terry, Jerry Dean Barker, Jr., Rachel (Doug) Hoy, Timothy Shively, Jr., Heather Shively, Jesse (Erica) Wicker, Jeremiah Wicker, and Emily Wicker, a step-grandchild Heather Howard, twenty great-granchildren, and a sister Ruth Boyle. Funeral services for Johnda will be conducted Monday, Oct. 20, 2025 at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland, Ky at 1:00 PM with burial to follow in the Wicker Family Cemetery in Pedro, Ohio. Friends may call one hour before service time at the Funeral Home. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Wicker.
