Jason Martin Moore, 40, of Ashland Ky, died Saturday November 13th, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland Ky. Jason was born September 4th, 1981 in Ashland KY. A son of the late Jarome “Marty” and Donna Roe Moore. He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by his grandmother Viola Moore, and one niece Shannon Rice. He is survived by his wife Laura Moore, four children, Jayson (Machalea) Moore of Ashland KY, Alexis (Tanner) Moore of Boyd Co. KY, Tyler Moore of Boyd Co. KY, Paris Moore of Boyd Co. KY, a grandfather John “Pap” Moore, one sister Samantha Rowe of Lexington KY, niece Cassie (Cody) Helms and their two children, nephew Aaron Rice, aunt Dana Moore, uncle John Moore III, and cousin Amanda Moore.
