Janet Snow Talley, 85, of Ashland died Monday, February 21, 2022 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Janet was born August 19, 1936 in Danville, Oh a daughter of the late Clarence and Leona Hissong Snow. Janet was a member of Bridges Christian Church in Russell, Ky. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband Joseph C. “Joe” Talley, a brother Jack Snow, and a sister Dot Bails. She is survived by a son Stephen Talley of Maysville, Ky, two daughters Susan Cline of Loveland, Oh and Cindy Elliott of Decanter, Tx, two sisters Joyce Swihart of Mt. Vernon, Oh and Susie Willets of Mt. Vernon, Oh and 6 grandchildren. Services for Janet will be conducted Friday, February 25, 2022 at 11 AM at Bridges Christian Church by Pastor Tom Lawson with burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the church one hour before service time. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Talley.
