Harry T. Spears, 77, of Ashland, Ky passed away, Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Kingsbrook Lifecare Center in Ashland. He was born May 9, 1948 in Ashland, Ky a son of the late Harry V. and Rosa A. Riffe Spears. He was a United States Army Veteran and was a Security Guard for Ashland Oil. He was a member of Ironville Independent Baptist Church. He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by his brother Cecil Huffman and two sisters Mary Spears and Patricia Marlene Spears. He is survived by his brother Charles Spears in Ashland, Ky, and a host of nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Services for Harry will be conducted Monday, February 2, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland by Pastor Darrell Collings with burial to be held at a later date. Military honors will also be presented at the Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. Friends may call one hour before service time Monday at the Funeral Home. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mr. Spears.
