Evangeline Mae Selogic Frazier, 84, of Ashland, Ky died Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. She was born October 29, 1938 in Springfield, Ohio a daughter of the late Ernest and Charlotte Marie Taylor Timberman. She was a homemaker, an avid Elvis fan and enjoyed playing bingo. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by a son James Selogic, Jr. and 17 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband Wilson Frazier, three sons Ricky Selogic, Robert Selogic, Jerry Selogic, four daughters Vicky Delawder, Karen Litteral, Kathy Brayden, and Jamie Selogic, two great-nephews whom she helped raise Donnie and Anthony Sikes, multiple grandchildren, multiple great-grandbabies, a sister Vicky Willis, and several nieces and nephews. Services for Evangeline will be conducted Monday, June 26, 2023 at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland at 12 Noon with burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
