Cleo F. Bullion, 79, of Ashland, Ky died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023 at her home. She was born April 14, 1944 in Carter County, Ky a daughter of the late Robert and Hager Evans Bostick. She was a homemaker in her own home and she was a member of Lick Creek Independent Baptist Church. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by five siblings. She is survived by her husband Charles Bullion, two sons Kenneth E. Bullion of Ashland, Ky and Jeffrey S. (Vicki) Bullion of Lexington, Ky, three daughters Angela D. Gibson of Ashland, Ky, Pamla S. (Kurt) Branham of Marietta, Oh, and Christy Bullion of Ashland, Ky, two grandchildren Cody Harris and Katherine Bullion, two great-grandchildren Conner and Eli, a brother Mort Bostick, and three sisters Carrie Fryer, Cathy Cordial and, Betty Kouns. A brief committal will be held Monday, August 7, 2023 at 11 AM at the Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum by Brother Jeff Miller with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Tri-State Spay and Neuter as that was Cleo’s passion. Lazear Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to have been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Bullion.
